Produktlaunches

Launches fail when ads are a hope, not a sequence.

Best fit: new ASINs with a listing that can convert

Locked Keyword set and exit criteria before spend starts
Phase Aggressive bids have an end date
Handoff Organic is the point — ads are the accelerator

A launch is a timed ranking campaign on a short list of money keywords, paired with a listing that can convert the traffic you just bought.

Aggressive is a phase, not a personality. We set the keyword set before the first dollar, define what “enough rank” looks like, and do not leave the ASIN on launch bids forever.

If inventory, price, or the main image cannot convert, we do not buy rank. Paid clicks into a weak listing is how agencies fake a launch.

Who this is for

Brands launching new ASINs (or relaunching a stalled one) who have budget to buy rank on a short list of money keywords — and a page that can close the click.

Who it is not for

A listing with no reviews, a broken offer, or a $50/day budget aimed at a head term that costs $4 a click. We will say so on the review.

How the work actually runs

01

Fit check

Can this listing convert? Price, images, reviews, offers. If not, we fix the page or we wait.

02

Set the terms

A short money-keyword list. Not 400 hopes. Discovery stays separate so the launch does not eat itself.

03

Buy rank

Phased bids. Watch conversion, not just impression share. Kill terms that spend without a path to a sale.

04

Ease off

When organic starts to hold, launch bids come down. The ASIN joins the always-on harvest loop.

What is in the workstream

  • Pre-launch keyword set
  • Phased bid and budget plan
  • Listing conversion pass before spend
  • Exact campaigns on money terms
  • Rank tracking on the launch set
  • Handoff from paid to organic
  • Written exit criteria
  • Post-launch harvest into the always-on desk

Week one

Keyword set locked before spend starts. Listing conversion pass. Campaign structure with discovery on a leash and exact on the money terms. Exit criteria written down.

Every week after

Phased bids, a conversion pass on the listing, rank checks on the money set, and a date to ease off so organic can hold.

FAQ

How long is a launch?

Long enough to prove the money keywords — usually weeks, not a forever “aggressive” setting. Exit criteria are written up front.

Do I need reviews first?

Some conversion is required. A zero-review ASIN on a $3 CPC head term is usually a no. We will tell you if the page is not ready.

Do you also write the listing?

A conversion pass is part of launch. A full SEO rewrite is the listing workstream if the page needs more than a pass.

What if inventory runs out mid-launch?

We pause. Buying clicks into an OOS detail page trains Amazon that the ASIN does not convert. Restock, then resume the phase.

You do not need to hire it to find out if it belongs on the account. Send the public store link. I tell you whether this lever is leaking, whether I am the person to run it, and what week one would be.

01

The leaks I can see from the public listing

Title, bullets, A+, reviews, brand defense, and obvious ad-real-estate problems. Storefront URL only — no Seller Central login until we agree to work.

02

Whether this desk is a fit

If I cannot show the leaks, I decline. You are not added to a roster. A “no” is a complete answer, not a follow-up sequence.

03

What week one would be

Harvest, defense, listing pass, or “not yet.” Named in writing — not a 40-slide deck and a 12-month PDF.
