Who is responsible

What I collect

When you request a review, book a desk call, subscribe to Amazon Updates, or ask for the desk pack, I collect the details you type: name, work email, store or listing URL if you give one, marketplace, spend range, and your note. Forms include a hidden honeypot field to block bots. Server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) exist because the site is hosted on a VPS. I do not ask for Seller Central passwords on this website.

Why I use it

To reply to your request, send the desk pack and Amazon Updates if you asked for them, keep a list of people who opted in so I can email case studies, calculators, and fee/ads briefs, and (only if you accept analytics/advertising cookies) measure traffic and run Google Ads remarketing. I do not sell your email. I do not add you to a newsletter unless you opt in on a form.

Google advertising cookies (AdSense and Google Ads)

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to these sites and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Google Analytics and Google Ads remarketing

If you click Accept on the cookie bar, I load Google Analytics (GA4) and, when a Google Ads ID is configured, the Google Ads tag. Those products can record pages you viewed (for example the Updates desk, calculators, or a case study) and later show you ads on Google properties. That is remarketing. It is off until you accept. Essential-only leaves the site working and still lets you send a form.

Customer Match / email remarketing

If you opt in to the desk pack or Amazon Updates, I may upload your email to Google Ads Customer Match so I can reach people who already asked for the pack — not people who only browsed. I only do that with addresses collected with a clear opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time. I will not merge that list with cookie data in a way that identifies a browser user without a separate, explicit consent.

AdSense on the Updates desk

Display ads, when enabled, load only on updates.asinexperts.com. They do not appear on asinexperts.com (services, contact, homepage, or tools). Seller authorization is published at asinexperts.com/ads.txt. Ads still use cookies for serving, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and reporting. See the cookie policy. For visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Google requires a certified Consent Management Platform (for example Google Funding Choices) before personalized AdSense. I will not turn AdSense on for those regions without that CMP.

Where it is stored

The website and WordPress database run on a Hetzner VPS. DNS is at Cloudflare. Emails you send through forms go to admin@asinexperts.com. Subscriber addresses are stored in WordPress so I can send the pack and export a Customer Match file. Hosting and DNS providers process technical data under their own terms.

How long I keep it

Review and hire inquiries: as long as we are talking, then up to 24 months unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: whatever the host retains for operations and abuse prevention, typically weeks not years. Cookie consent: 12 months, then the bar can show again.

Your choices

Email admin@asinexperts.com to access, correct, or delete the details you sent, or to unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any desk-pack email. Use Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info for advertising cookies. Use Essential only on this site to refuse analytics and remarketing cookies.

Children

This site is for Amazon sellers and advertisers. It is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes in a material way I will update this page and the date below. Last updated 22 September 2026.
