The ACOS/TACOS tools run in your browser. They are arithmetic, not a rate card. Amazon Updates cite public notices and tell you to confirm live numbers. I can be wrong, Amazon can move a date, and your catalog can differ. Do not treat a brief as a bid input without Fee Preview on your ASINs.

Hiring

Sending a review request does not create a contract. If we work together, the fee, scope, and month-to-month terms live in the engagement email. I do not guarantee ACOS, rank, or sales. Amazon runs the auction.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that harms the server, republish briefs as if they were yours, or use the content to train a public model that pretends to be this desk. Fair-use quotation with a link is fine.
