The operator
I work the account. You never get handed to a junior farm.
ASIN Experts is me — Mansoor — an independent Amazon advertising specialist. I already run PPC, listing, defense, and launches on live accounts. This site is how brands hire me directly.
I have spent years inside Seller Central: search-term reports, broken parentages, brand terms nobody is bidding, launches left on “aggressive” forever. The work is the same whether the logo on the invoice is an agency’s or mine — the difference is you talk to the person who actually changes the bids.
I take a small number of brands because the work is daily. If an account needs a 40-person “pod,” it does not need me.
Account-pattern ranges from live catalogs, not named-client totals. I replace these with permissioned numbers as soon as those brands say yes.
How the desk works
- You get one operator — not a rotating “pod.”
- Week one is a rebuild: structure, negatives, defense, listing pass if the page cannot convert.
- Every week after: a written change log a founder can read in four minutes.
- Month to month. If the work is not moving the number, you leave.
The operator stack
Helium 10 and Jungle Scout (JS) for research. Jungle Scout Cobalt, Xnurta, and Teikametrics when automation has rails. Sellerboard for contribution. Claude, Codex, Kimi, and Cursor for the weekly letter — they do not bid. Each product has its own indexed page so this is not a logo strip.
What I will not do
- Take a brand just to fill a roster when I cannot show the leaks
- Park you on a shared junior and call it “a team”
- Optimize vanity ROAS while contribution dies
- Ignore Amazon policy and fee shifts — that is what the Updates desk is for
Read how I think, then send the store link. The review is a written diagnosis of the public listing — leaks, fit, week one. The retainer starts only if we both say yes.
