Coaching
One hour on the Ads Console. Or a free PPC session when fifty sellers show up.
Two doors. A paid 1:1 desk — $297, sixty minutes, one-time. And a group PPC hour that does not exist until 50 people reserve a seat. Same operator either way: me.
You share the Ads Console. I tell you what I would change this week — harvest, negatives, brand defense, or the bid ceiling after fees. Not a webinar. Not a 12-month PDF.
One operator. You never get a junior reading a script.
Login stays yours. Screen share only.
If the hour shows you need the desk, that is a separate month-to-month hire.
$297 once. Sixty minutes. I work live accounts every week — this hour is that same read, compressed, on the problem you name.
What we cover
Search-term leaks. Which auto/broad queries to harvest into exact, which to negate. Default rule I actually use: 10+ clicks, 0 orders.
Structure. Whether one-campaign-does-everything is why ACOS creeps while “the market is competitive.”
Brand real estate. Product targeting on your ASINs, stolen branded terms, hijack ads on the buy box.
Bid ceiling. Break-even ACOS after COGS and fees — not a 4x folklore target. Recalculate before you raise bids into Q4.
What this is not
Not full account management. The desk is month to month, written weekly log, if we both say yes after.
Not Seller Central access. You drive. I talk.
Not Lightning Deals access, Walmart, DTC, or trademark. Amazon ads and the listing in front of the ads.
Not a guarantee. Amazon runs the auction. I will not promise a rank or an ACOS in sixty minutes.
Bring a storefront or hero-listing URL I can open without logging in, plus the one number that hurts (ACOS, wasted spend, a launch that stalled). That is enough to make the hour useful.
EEA/UK consumers: 14 days to cancel an unused paid hour by email. After I deliver the session, that right is gone. Traders buying for their Amazon business are not consumer-withdrawal customers. Full terms: Terms.
Free session
PPC only. 50 seats. Then I pick a date.
This is not a drip sequence pretending to be a workshop. Hold a seat with the questionnaire. When 50 operators have reserved, everyone on the list gets an email that the room is full. When I set the hour, they get the date and join link. I build the sixty minutes from the leaks and questions you send.
Sponsored Products only. Listing, DSP, and Account Health stay off this call.
Tell me the leak and the question you want answered. That is how the hour is organized — not 50 private audits.
You get three emails: seat reserved, room is full, then the live date.
Do not share Seller Central, passwords, or customer lists in a group room.
If you need a private look this week, that is the paid hour — or a written review. written review.

Who this is for
You run the ads yourself
You are not hiring a desk this month. You want one operator to look at the console with you and name the leak — then you do the clicks.
An agency left the account messy
Broad match still spending, brand undefended, no harvest cadence. An hour is enough to see whether a rebuild is a week or a quarter.
You want the group hour, not a pitch
Hold a free seat. When 50 people have done the same, I run PPC. Until then the page stays honest: no fake date, no “limited replay.”
You might want the desk later
Coaching is not a trial retainer. If the hour shows fit, we talk month to month. If it does not, you still got the sixty minutes you paid for.
Questions
What is the 1-hour coaching, exactly?
A one-time paid hour with me on a screen share you control. We pick one leak — wasted search terms, campaign structure, brand defense, or the bid ceiling after fees — and I tell you what I would change this week. It is not a retainer and not a junior watching a recording.
Do you take Seller Central for the hour?
No. You share your screen. Login stays yours. If the hour shows you need month-to-month desk work, that is a separate hire — and Seller Central still waits until we both say yes.
Why a one-time fee instead of a package?
$297 for sixty minutes. No 12-month PDF, no “module two next Tuesday.” If you need more than an hour, we talk about the desk — not a coaching funnel.
How do reservations and emails work?
You hold a seat with the questionnaire. I email you three times: when the seat is reserved, when we hit 50 (room is full, I am picking a date), and when the live hour is set — date, time zone, and join link. Overflow after 50 waits for the next session.
Why the questionnaire?
The group hour is one agenda, not 50 private audits. I read the leaks and questions you send and build the sixty minutes around what this room actually asked. Do not paste Seller Central, passwords, or customer lists.
Why wait for 50 seats?
A group session with three people is a sales webinar. 50 operators in one room is worth blocking the calendar. Until then, the 1-hour desk is open.
Will you look at my account on the free session?
No. Group hour is patterns, not your P&L in front of 49 strangers. Do not share Seller Central, customer lists, or passwords. For a private look, book the paid hour or send a public store link for a written review.
