The leaks I can see from the public listing

The search bar is a different auction. Treat it like one.
Best fit: Brand Registry catalogs whose SP already converts
Sponsored Brands video sits in its own auction. It does not compete with your Sponsored Products bid — which is why agencies dump budget into it and call the blended ACOS “fine.” I keep SB on a leash: headline and collection for branded and category queries that deserve the bar, video only when the creative and the destination can take the click.
The destination is half the workstream. A Store that has not been touched in a year is not a place to send paid traffic. If the click should hit the PDP, it hits the PDP.
This sits next to Sponsored Products, not inside one blended campaign. Harvest still happens. Negatives still ship. New-to-brand is a readout, not the only scoreboard.
Brand Registry sellers who already convert on Sponsored Products and now need the headline slot, video, and Store traffic without a vanity ROAS story.
Catalogs without Brand Registry — Amazon will not let you run Sponsored Brands. Also not a video production studio.
Headline, collection, video, destinations. Pause anything sending paid clicks into a dead Store.
SB gets its own campaigns and budget cap. It does not hide inside SP.
SB search terms get the same promote-or-kill rules as Sponsored Products.
Placement, video views, new-to-brand, and whether the destination earned the click.
I see which SB formats are live, where they send the click (Store vs PDP), and whether video is paying for views that never shop. Weak destinations get paused before we raise bids.
Search-term harvest on SB, placement notes (top-of-search vs rest), video view-through vs click, and a kill rule when the Store or listing cannot convert the click.
Sponsored Products is the core of PPC management. Sponsored Brands and video can run inside that desk or as this workstream when the brand layer needs its own budget and log.
Yes. Amazon requires Brand Registry for Sponsored Brands, video, and Stores. Without it, we run Sponsored Products and listing work first.
I brief what the ad has to show and where the click goes. I do not run a film studio. If the file fails Amazon’s creative policy, we do not force it live.
No. Video is a different auction. If views never become PDP sessions that convert, we cut it. Awareness without a destination is a tax.
You do not need to hire it to find out if it belongs on the account. Send the public store link. I tell you whether this lever is leaking, whether I am the person to run it, and what week one would be.

If I cannot show the leaks, I decline. You are not added to a roster. A “no” is a complete answer, not a follow-up sequence.
Harvest, defense, listing pass, or “not yet.” Named in writing — not a 40-slide deck and a 12-month PDF.
Capacity is limited because I work the accounts myself. The review is how we decide if this workstream belongs on yours.
