Sellerboard on this Amazon desk
If ACOS looks fine and contribution is red, ACOS is lying.
Also searched as SellerBoard
Sellerboard is the profit seat. Ads Console ACOS ignores COGS, storage, inbound, and the units Amazon never reimbursed. Sellerboard is where those land as a P&L a founder can believe. I use it to set the contribution floor that every bid, Flywheel goal, and Xnurta rail has to respect.
It also surfaces FBA reimbursement and shipment gaps next to ad profit — which is why it sits in the same operator stack as the shipment-discrepancy workstream. A hero ASIN that is “winning” ACOS while missing inbound units is not winning.
The product of this desk is still a four-minute note. Sellerboard is evidence inside that note. A dashboard login without commentary is how the last vendor hid.
What it is for
Show profit per ASIN and per order, including ad spend and FBA reimbursements, so break-even ACOS and shipment-discrepancy recovery sit on the same desk as bids.
What it is not
Not the weekly founder letter. Not a PPC automation platform. Not Amazon’s reimbursement engine — it flags; we still file in Seller Central.
Source of truth: Sellerboard is a P&L lens on Seller Central data. Amazon’s fee preview and claims consoles remain where money actually moves.
What actually gets used
- Per-ASIN profit after COGS, Amazon fees, and ads
- Break-even ACOS input that matches the public calculator’s logic with live fees
- PPC profit vs Ads Console ACOS — when they diverge, contribution wins
- Reimbursement / inbound flags handed to the FBA discrepancy workstream
- Export into the weekly readout — not a second login for the founder to learn
How it shows up in the week
Floor
Pull contribution on heroes. That number is the bid ceiling and the automation rail.
Diverge
If Ads Console ACOS is pretty and Sellerboard is red, we cut bids — we do not celebrate ACOS.
Claims
Missing units and reimbursements get a case in Seller Central, not a shrug because ads “look fine.”
Note
Founder sees profit, waste, and the log. They do not get homework in Sellerboard.
Workstreams this seat supports
Reporting
Weekly numbers a founder can read: what changed, why, and what happens next.
Amazon PPC Management
Codzienna kontrola bidów, budżetu i search terms w Sponsored Products, Brands i Display.
Shipment Discrepancies
Seller Central shipped-vs-received, lost/damaged in the FC, and removal/return gaps — filed inside Amazon’s claim windows, not left on the Reimbursements report.
Inventory & IPI
Restock, stranded, and IPI pacing so ads do not buy rank into a stockout — especially through Q4 fee windows.
Account Audit
A hand-done read of wasted spend, structure, and the first 30 days of work.
FAQ
Why Sellerboard if I already have Seller Central?
Seller Central shows ads ACOS and fees in different rooms. Sellerboard puts COGS, fees, ads, and reimbursements on one ASIN. That is the bid input.
Does Sellerboard file FBA claims for you?
It flags. Filing still happens in Seller Central inside the live window (often 15–60 days on inbound shortages). See FBA shipment discrepancies.
Will I get a Sellerboard login?
If the seat is yours, yes. The deliverable is still the weekly letter. I will not replace the log with “go click around.”
Vendor Central?
Sellerboard is a 3P P&L tool. 1P shortage / PQV work lives in Vendor Central — different stack page, different clock.
